Mission

Imago Dei is a free private middle school exclusively serving children grades 5-8 from low-income families in downtown Tucson, AZ. Founded in 2006, the school's mission is breaking cycles of poverty through education.

What We Do

We offer a high-quality, holistic private-school education during the critical middle-school years to the children most in need of it - those least able to afford it. Our ten-to-one student-teacher ratio, ten-hour school day, 11-month school year, and all-inclusive program is designed to close educational gaps and give kids the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to succeed.
