At HRC, we prevent and reduce homelessness by prioritizing long term housing for our clients.

The mission of Hudson County Housing Resource Center is to protect, maintain, and increase the affordable housing stock in Hudson County, and to prevent homelessness.

What We Do

Since 1991, HRC has prevented homelessness by providing direct services to low-income Hudson County residents.

HRC owns and manages a small affordable housing project in West New York. HRC also supports low-income, disabled clients and their families with tenant-based rental assistance, and provides HUD-approved rental housing counseling to Hudson County residents.
