Mission

House of Refuge (HOR) breaks the cycle of addiction, poverty, and incarceration for Chattanooga
area families by providing a Christ-centered residential and work program for men. HOR's twelve-
month program provides a safe environment for men to experience physical, spiritual, and
emotional healing. The program is highly structured and includes Bible Study, job placement, case
management, mental health services, access to preventative healthcare, accountability groups,
nutrition classes, fatherhood classes, money management classes, and family visits.
