To provide quality community based care to elders and challenged adults and support for their families on the island of Hawaii

What We Do

We provide adult day care center services in both Hilo and Honomu currently. Current enrollment runs between 90 to 105. Our daily activities schedule is geared for socialization, physical activity and mental stimulation for our elders and challenged adults. Along with art, crafts, music, excursions, games and more, we also celebrate every occasion with a flair.

Over 80% of our participants are over 80 years old, with a wide variety of issues or needs. Many also attend just for socialization. The families are able to continue being employed or have some much needed time off from caregiving. Both have satisfied days making their evenings together much more pleasant, as most live with their children.

We also provide caregiver support through a monthly support group, and a monthly Saturday Respite Fun day, caregivers are often in denial of how stressed they really are, both of these activities are enjoyed by all!
