Mission
Girl Scouts of Hawaii's mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Established in Honolulu in 1917, we have more than 2,500 girl members, ages 5-18, organized in 286 troops statewide and supported by a network of more than 500 adult volunteers.
What We Do
The Girl Scout Leadership Experience engages girls in discovering themselves, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place. Through activities in science and technology, business and economic literacy, and outdoor and environmental awareness, Girl Scouting provides girls with opportunities for fun and friendship while fostering the development of leadership skills and self-esteem.
