What We Do

The Fulfillment Fund has empowered youth through education for four decades. With a mission to make college a reality for students growing up in educationally and economically under-resourced communities, the Fulfillment Fund seeks to open young people's eyes to the possibility of college and change their beliefs about what they can achieve.

To ensure our future leaders don't fall through the cracks, the Fulfillment Fund provides a unique combination of innovative college access services, including classroom-based instruction, one-on-one college and financial aid counseling, individual and group mentoring, digital learning courses, scholarship opportunities, experiential learning groups, college field trips, and more.

83% of Fulfillment Fund parents do not have a 4-year college degree.

87% of students come from low-income families and qualify for free or reduced-priced school lunch.
