Mission

Family Values @ Work is a national network of grassroots coalitions organizing to win paid family and medical leave, paid sick and safe days, and affordable, high-quality childcare at the local and state levels, working to create the models and momentum that pave the way for strong national policies.

We provide a strategic combination of supports, including financial resources; technical assistance with strategic planning, communications, and fundraising; connections to experts; and peer learning and collaboration.

We advance the leadership of the most impacted and build intersectional alliances to confront racism, sexism, and other systemic barriers to economic security and well-being.
