Mission

To level the playing field in education for BIPOC boys, especially boys of color, through year-round and multi-year academic advice and coaching, life advice, mentoring, positive role models, career exposure and networking, real world experiences and opportunities for advocacy and service, equipment, resources and other supports.

COVID laid bare the inequities in education and how equitable opportunities are so dependent upon parental background, wealth and access to resources and we supplement what parents and schools can provide so that our boys are also "advantaged".
