Keep people as healthy independent as possible when advancing years or physical mental conditions need extra care and attention.

What We Do

We offer person- centered activities and health services, run by a staff of professionals. In conjunction with participants, caregivers and physicians, we provide an atmosphere that is both caring and supportive. Geographically, we serve the entire San Mateo county, inclusive of the coast and in-land. CADHC offers a comprehensive, structured day health program with services that are individualized for each participant. Services include nursing, personal care, medication monitoring, physical, occupational and speech therapy, social services, intake and referrals, a memory enhancement program, stimulating group activities, respite for families and caregivers, a daily nutrition lunch, nutrition education, mental health counseling and a lot of tender, loving care.
