Mission

The Choice in Aging mission is to promote dignity and independence for people of disabilities and special needs. Our core service is adult day health care with wrap around services including medical, physical therapy, and social work. We also run several government funded programs as well as a Montessori based preschool which enables us to have inter-generational programs with our adult day health care programs.

What We Do

We run four Adult Day Health Programs at the Mt. Diablo Center in Pleasant Hill: General, ALZ/Memory Care, Farsi, and Russian. We have two Adult Day Health Care Programs at The Bedford Center in Antioch: General and ALZ/Memory Care. We also run several Medicaid Waiver Programs in Contra Costa County and Napa/Solano County. In addition, we have a Montessori based preschool at our Pleasant Hill location.
