Mission

Children in Placement (CIP) is a non-profit organization that advocates for effective judicial review, supportive services, and safe permanent homes on behalf of Connecticut's abused/neglected children. We have a 40-year history of serving children in need by providing an independent voice in the child protection system in both Probate and Superior Courts.
