Mission

To provide medical response, education and support, to promote the health and wellbeing of the Jewish and broader community.

What We Do

Ready to Respond When Every Second Counts, Hatzolah Community Emergency First Responders are here to bridge the gap between medical emergencies and the arrival of Ambulance Victoria. Hatzolah's 30 Volunteer Responders are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to attend to all medical emergencies.

Trained by and working closely with Ambulance Victoria, Responders carry life-saving equipment and medications including defibrillators, oxygen and airway management, epipens, GTN, penthrane and ventolin. Closest Responders are dispatched via a state of the art Computer Aided Dispatch System and two-way GPS-enabled radios to ensure the fastest safe response. Combined with services including customised and accredited First Aid Training along with school and community education programs, Hatzolah aims to fortify the Chain of Survival and best patient outcomes
