Mission

CC-OIC's goal is to help people help themselves. One of the ways we specialize in that mission is by building skills and training needed for employment. Our seasoned programs have proven to give employees the interpersonal and technical qualifications needed to fill important middle level jobs. From building block programs like the GED program, to our various certification programs, CC-OIC has a decades-long history of connecting with its community and providing them with opportunities to improve their life situations. CC-OIC doesn't discriminate by race, religion, creed or age, with programs ranging from youth initiative programs to workforce reintegration.
