Mission

Chester Community Improvement Project is a non-profit community-based organization with a mission to help revitalize the City of Chester by building the base of homeownership. Our mission is accomplished through public-private partnerships that focus on targeted housing rehabilitation and new construction, supported by comprehensive pre- and post-purchase homeowner counseling programs.
