The Center for Judicial Excellence is committed to protecting child abuse and domestic violence survivors in our nation's family courts, and to fostering accountability throughout the judicial branch. Through its research, public education and advocacy efforts, the Center has helped expose a national crisis in the family court system that is harming millions of vulnerable children and safe parents.
What We Do
We research and document all of the children across the US who are murdered by a divorcing, separating or court-involved parent. We use our research to advocate for reforms to the family law system that keep children safe and alive, through introducing legislation and public education aimed at public awareness. We staff a crisis line for parents who are struggling to keep their children safe during their family court process. Our youth initiative is providing a platform for young survivors of court-abuse, domestic violence and child abuse to find and use their voices to bring about change, on TikTok and Instagram.
