We strive to provide employment for people with autism to help them lead more meaningful and independent lives. We do this by innovating, testing and scaling purpose built consumer-based businesses where adults with autism can excel. We leverage these businesses to integrate our employees into their communities while teaching them independent living skills and self-advocacy. With this model we aspire to have people with autism reach their full potential.

What We Do

CanDo Business Ventures develops and deploys purpose built businesses that are centered around providing employment for people with autism.

The businesses we develop act as a cornerstone to provide enough income to fully support all of our professionals with autism by generating discretionary income, savings, healthcare, independent living skills and self advocacy training.

Furthermore, we only develop ventures which have the ability to scale and employ thousands of people with autism.

We've structured CanDo as an LLC which provides research and consulting services. Our aim in doing this is to build a platform and a refined approach to developing a variety ventures around employing people with autism. However, each of the ventures we create will be structured using both for-profit and non-profit models.

Our first venture is Rising Tide Car Wash which will be a franchisable and environmentally responsible flex service car wash. We chose a car wash due to the high community exposure, easy and repetitive labor, strong margins and highly fragmented nature of the industry. We believe this venture will put adult autism front and center in the minds of community members and can be a strong enough brand to out compete most other car washes.
