Our Goal is to reach Communities that are underprivileged, Build Clinics that will help communities and educate communities in the fight against chronic diseases due to health disparities.

What We Do

Community Coalition for Health's strategies to promote healthy living and well-being with a particular focus on areas and communities with high rates of chronic disease and high-risk behaviors who lack access to services are as follows:

Health disparities adversely affect groups of people who have systematically experienced greater obstacles to health based on their racial or ethnic group; religion; socioeconomic status; gender; age; mental health; cognitive, sensory, or physical disability; sexual orientation or gender identity; geographic location; or other characteristics historically linked to discrimination or exclusion.
