BT Foundry is a nonprofit creative experience agency, providing real-world job experience and education in marketing and advertising through paid apprenticeships. We hire from marginalized communities to enhance diversity and inclusion in the field. Our clients are cause-based organizations who receive inclusive and representative creative work.
