Mission

BPN is committed to addressing the inequities that underlie the troubling maternal and child health disparies that are experienced in our Brooklyn communities of color. Through community collective work we faciliate access to services and other health promoting resources and inform our policymaker and community community leaders of needs and gaps impacting the health disparities.
