Mission

We are focused on the revitalization of the Broadway Fillmore neighborhood on the east side of Buffalo, NY. We operate several housing programs, including a home repair program for low income homeowners, we manage 30 rental units, we undertake some development on a direct basis, and also work with private developers on their projects. We are also moving into more commercial activities.
