Mission

Healing, Teaching, Learning and Serving in God's neighborhood. We are a free clinic, offering primary care for uninsured patients with chronic disease. We offer social work services, behavioral health services and dental services, in addition to medical services. We aim to provide high quality health care for our patients. We want to create an environment of education, where we are all learners, professionals and patients. We long to provide opportunities for healing for all of us - patients, providers, volunteers.
