Mission

Boys Lead Foundation (BLF) is a non-profit organization that values and embraces inclusion, the organization focuses on embracing, equipping and empowering Boys and Young Men of Color (BYMOC).

We believe every child (Male and Female) deserves the opportunity to achieve their purpose and dreams irrespective of race, color, religion, age or sexual orientation; But our focus is on Boys and Young Men Of Color (BYMOC).
