Mission

We took an old school bus, converted it into a "giving library," filled it with free books for kids, and hit the road in June 2022! We have also installed 7 Little Free Libraries that we steward with curated book content in communities. Our mission is to make culturally sustaining and inclusive children's books more accessible to children living in Detroit. Data suggest that children with access to books have better literacy outcomes.
