Mission

To help people on their journey to better health. We provide primary care, ob/gyn, mental and behavioral services. In addition to medical services, we have six social services programs (Becoming A Mom Program, Empower Youth Entrepreneur Program, Circle of Health Cancer Survivor Program, Living Life Forward Senior Citizens Program, Mattie Berry Education and Career Program, and Warm Coat Program).
