What We Do

The Common Good Community Housing Development Organization, Inc., doing business as Florida Ashe`, is proud to announce its official launch with a mission to develop communities that are livable, inclusive, and supportive for all residents. Guided by our motto, "Homes and the ground beneath them, to plant fruit trees; To be able to tell the children, 'These are yours,'" - a powerful quote by Garrison Frazier from 1865 - we aim to create neighborhoods where housing serves as the cornerstone of a vibrant, economically strong, and equitable community.
