Mission

Golden Horizons Adult Day Center is dedicated to supporting the needs of individuals and their families affected by memory loss through the provision of respite, education and coordination of dementia services.

What We Do

We offer a specialized adult day program, a caregiver support group, dementia education classes, information, linkage and referral to community resources.
