Mission

Hibiscus Commons seeks to create democratically managed and equitable affordable housing to address the prevalent housing insecurity of seniors age 55 and over. A project of the Bay Area Community Land Trust, we will create intentional residential communities for seniors committed to environmentally and economically sustainable living and aging together.
