Barrett ELC has been the cornerstone of safe, affordable child care/ preschool for over 84 years. As the oldest continuously run center in Virginia, we are proud to provide high-quality, affordable early childhood education for two-to-five-year old's, while remaining accessible to low-income families in our community. So much evident shows that giving children the means to learn at a very young age is monumental to them having a sound foundation to thrive & excel once entering kindergarten.
