Mission

BarbaraCares' mission: To bridge the gap between healthcare access and supportive services to create a healthier tomorrow for individuals today.
We provide support services to breast cancer patients and caregivers in Texas. In addition to expanding access to free mammography screenings for individuals at-risk, uninsured, and those lacking financial resources. With targeted outreach, our goal is to address both late-stage breast cancer incidents and mortality rates as we create equitable care for individuals marginalized. Through our services, we reduce the impact cancer has on patients and families while in active treatment.
