We are dedicated to recasting the possibilities for girls and their careers by transforming the conversations that are happening with girls in the classroom and at home, with parents, teachers, role models, and friends.

What We Do

Paths to STEM Careers
Effectively keeps girls engaged in K-12 math and science education so they can be prepared to choose from a full range of careers, including lucrative STEM roles.

Investment Banking and IT Internship Programs
Through our training, mentoring, and leadership development, Athena Collaborative Group supports college women to transition powerfully and effectively into challenging and exciting quantitative careers.

Women’s Interbank Forum
Facilitates creating more inclusive cultures for women in business by focusing on what will make a difference in the attracting /hiring, developing/promoting and retaining of women at all levels in the industry.
