What We Do

We work with underserved students in public sector universities in Pakistan.

Our flagship offering is a 3-month leadership program - the Amal Career-Prep Fellowship, focused on developing the mindsets (purpose, self-efficacy, resilience, etc.) and job skills (confidence, interviewing, CV writing etc.) of students entering the job market.

As of December 2021, we have graduated ~8,000 Fellows through this program with an 80% three-month employment success rate. We are also in process of scaling up teacher training programs to try to tackle the challenge closer to its root!
