Mission

It is our mission to develop fine citizens in a diverse and ever-changing world. Aiea High School takes pride in our tradition of excellence. We challenge, inspire and nurture the minds and dreams of our students, assisting each individual to develop integrity, respect and a sense of responsibility.
Vision: Learning today to enlighten tomorrow.

What We Do

We are a high school that is passionate about educating 9-12 grade students. The school was built in 1961 and the Aiea area has a rich history of sugar cane plantation fields. The school is on a hill overlooking Pearl Harbor. Our colors are dark jungle green and white. The mascot is the Na Ali'i which means the royal chiefs. Our students come from a variety of ethnicities to include Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, Hispanic, Filipino, Samoan, Marshallese, Marianas Islands, and more. They are the kindest and most respectful young adults that care deeply for their community. We have many successful programs for our students that include Air Force JROTC, Speech and Debate, Ballet and Modern Dance, and Career Pathways with wood shop, automotive, culinary and more.
