What did Central Michigan University want to talk about?

I'd like to brainstorm ideas for our medical program on marketing. Current marketing is not producing a valid outcome due to the pandemic.

Additional Context

We are a new medical program offering primary medical care to older adults. However due to the pandemic patients are scared to come into our clinic for care. Our grant funding was originally obtained to provide this care in the home. However with the pandemic and our students we have chosen to bring patients into our clinic and focus on transportation. Our current efforts on marketing have not produced enough of a patient load to substantiate the program. We need to come up with a marketing strategy that will ensure patients that it is worth while and more beneficial to their health now because of the pandemic.
