I'd like some advice on the best way to start the strategic planning process.
Maine Association for New Americans (MANA) is a newly funded organization looking to grow so that we can effectively implement our mission to empower immigrants to gain access to resilience-building skills and methods. We have run a few programs in the past, but as we transition into running a full program that requires collaboration from other organizations, training volunteers, and fundraising, we need to build a robust strategic plan that will guide us in each phase. In this call, we will be looking to find out the order of priority in working on a strategic plan and the different components involved in it given that we already have a few programs scheduled.
