Giving back and making a difference are always among my priorities when looking for a job, the ability to be an enabler for good is the best opportunity out there. When I read about Wanderlove I was immediately excited about the purpose of the organization. Much like Catchafire, Wanderlove sounds like another genius idea for connecting people with passions and increasing the amount of good in the world. In a world where unique and authentic experiences are so highly valued, what better way to have one than to give back to the communities who give beauty and adventure to you. I have 3 years of non-profit experience working for two different organizations and at each I had the opportunity to write new core values to serve not only as internal motivation, but also as a foundation for external brand communication. The way I see it, a brand strategy should be derived from your Mission, Vision and Values and your corporate culture should be reflective of it. I thrive helping organizations and others discover meaning and utilize that meaning to communicate their purpose and passion with the world.
