What did Boston Arts Academy Foundation need?

Sarah helped Boston Arts Academy Foundation * Bringing more visitors to its website Improved online visibility * Increased traffic to your website from Internet search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing * A simple but highly effective Internet marketing strategy (as a stand-alone service or to incorporate into its broader marketing activities)

Why is this project important?

The success of our organization depends on our ability to provide targeted, cutting edge professional development opportunities to a broad range of educators, administrators, and community members. By making the Center easily searchable online, we can share BAA's innovative educational model with a wider audience, sponsor and coordinate more professional development opportunities, and bring the arts to more classrooms around the U.S. and the world.

This project will save us $3,000, allowing us to send 20 BAA Alumni Creative Corps members to teach 5 arts classes each to K-12 students at 10 different Boston Public Schools.

About Boston Arts Academy Foundation

Boston Arts Academy was founded based on the conviction that academics AND the arts are equally important to student development and achievement. The school serves over 420 urban youth, with nearly 70% coming from low-income households. The arts are infused throughout the academic curriculum motivating students, with a variety of learning styles, to succeed in school and pursue higher education. Each year, over 94% of graduates go on to college, most the first in their families to do so.
Fun Fact

Fun Fact

The Center office is located in the BAA school building, in between a dance studio and a theatre classroom. On any given day we might hear West African dance music on one side, and students performing scenes from Romeo and Juliet on the other. There is never a dull moment!

This is the 2nd project posted by Boston Arts Academy Foundation.
