What we need
- Original design for one flyer provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: This project does not include printing
Additional details
We need a flip card for the kidney health challenge that we issued. It should have a QR code that leads to our website. It should utilize the logo and perhaps some of the photos from the kickoff event. It was a community challenge led by the state and national leaders and the Mexican Consul. Place emphasis on the importance of the challenges to our community, state and nation. It should convey in a glance the importance of transplantation and early detection and genetic testing.
What we have in place
- We currently have copy and pictures, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have video, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to give stipends to our volunteers and student helpers. Print and distribute more flyers.
It will be used to distribute to participants at events, in hospitals, dialysis clinics and throughout the community.

* Collaborate with key partners to initiate grass roots public health initiatives and policy change.
