Project details

What we need
  • A new presentation, or update to an existing presentation in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi, or another presentation software
  • Best practices and tactics for structuring an effective presentation
Additional details

I have two existing powerpoint presentations which are content correct however very basic, boring and unprofessional. The content of the presentations is financial literacy. I am looking for someone to assist in updating the presentations. A knowledge of finance would be beneficial as the content is finance based.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the presentation in draft with all info included, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have additional information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to apply any funding we have to our mission of empowering women across their lifecycle and champion gender equity for women and girls.

This organisations mission is about empowering women across their lifecycle and champion gender equity for women and girls. One of the gaps in women's leadership is understanding finance from a leaders point of view. The presentation builds the skills and capabilities of women by providing the missing tools they need.

Our mission

Jewish values inspire the National Council of Jewish Women of Australia - Victoria (NCJWA Vic) to empower women to achieve their potential and improve the quality of life for all women, girls and their families.

We achieve this through our work in the Jewish and broader communities by:

Empowering women at key points across the lifecycle
Advancing the status of women and girls
Promoting social cohesion and human rights
Supporting the empowerment of women and girls in Israel

What we do

NCJWA Vic is a vibrant, strong and independent women's organisation dedicated to furthering the status of women in both the Jewish and broader communities. We do this through a range of innovative activities.

Established in Victoria in 1927, by Dr Fanny Reading, the National Council of Jewish Women of Australia Victoria (NCJWA Vic) is a grassroots, membership organisation that serves the community.

What makes us unique and effective is that we bring together women across the generations and from across the community to advance our vision. We also partner with other organisations locally, nationally and globally, to give voice to our common causes.

How we make a positive and lasting impact

NCJWA Vic focuses specifically on empowering and enriching women's lives. We build self-esteem, confidence, connection and life skills as well as provide emotional support and reassurance at critical junctions in women's lives.

Our range of activities:

Programs
Our innovative programs meet the specific needs of girls and women across the lifecycle:
* The Jam Project
* Caring Mums
* Bat Mitzvah Program in partnership with UJEB
* Connect

Advocacy
We undertake community advocacy, events and public awareness campaigns to actively represent the voice of Jewish women in our community.

Events
Throughout the year we run a wide range of events to suit all interests including our signature lectures - Mina Fink lecture and Fanny Reading Human Rights lecture.
