Public Relations Plan
A project for MASA
Professional
Pro Bono Time
Details
We want to be strategic in our external relations especially because we will be launching a new brand and visual identity for MASA in the coming months. The PR plan will be critical in ensuring that we reach a strategic audience of potential partners and supporters, even more so important given our new branding and storytelling.
This will be great for a PR professional that wants to work with a bilingual audience and also ethnic media outlets.
Pro Bono Time
Details
As an organization we have had numerous discussions regarding the need to leverage the media attention and contacts that our President Angelo Cabrera has been able to develop over the years. Despite the success in getting coverage in the New York Times, People Magazine, Univision and Telemundo, we have not been able to capitalize on the buzz created to create long-term partnerships with other groups or build a stronger donor base. Thus, we need help in creating a road map for external communication success--a comprehensive PR plan.

Description
Both PT Barnum and Charles Foster Kane knew that in planning a PR Campaign, look to the year ahead, plan for six months and revise after three months. Stay ahead of the curve so you can stay in the media, strategically, and on your own terms. A Catchafire Pro Bono Professional knows the tricks of the trade and will help you think it through.
