To improve the attitudes and aptitudes of 4-8 graders in STEM subjects using advanced degree candidates and graduates with hard science degrees to complement teachers during school through hands-on standards-based modules, created by SfS staff.

Science from Scientists inspires and motivates youth to embrace Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) during school, through year-long, module-based science teaching, field trips, and science fair support. SFS supports its students to competitiveness in STEM fields through engaging instruction and enrichment from practicing scientists, in compliance with state frameworks and the Common Core standards while complementing the work of classroom teachers.
